The room was reasonably large with big bed and the staff amicable! Its location was magnificent, close enough to restaurants in the service station and refrigerated trucks and shops. Also, the hotel was 3 miles away from Bearsted Woodland Trust.

This nice budget hotel was a brilliant place for one night. In love with large rooms with big bed. Thoroughly enjoyed that we had central heating, TV set and coffee/tea makers...

Convenience.
There is an urgent need for the hotel to sort out the entrance to its car parking area. For no good reason it is too tight and it is obvious that many cars will have been damaged on entry.

The separate room for the kids worked well. The location was handy for a stopover, and it was clean enough for my needs. I appreciated the bath after a long drive.
I faced issues with the lack of hot water . When I raised it at checkout, I learned about the boiler problem but received no prior notice or compensation.

Local and easily findable. Room size and tea and coffee facilities.
It was in a very noisy locartion - outside our room was some kind of extractor fan going from 2am until we left early at 7pm. The shower was not powerful and if on full heat barely a dribble. Loud noise of doors banging all night.

My wife and I were impressed with the receptionist called ellie who met us upon arrival,we asked for a disabled room but needed extra bedding etc and ellie was only too happy to provide this even though she was very busy.the atmosphere of all the staff was very helpful and friendly and we would stay there again, but the price was pretty steep for the size of the room and there were no facilities in the hotel, but we still enjoyed the stay there.can you please thank all the staff on our behalf. Ruth and Rab Kane.

would stay here again
The room was spacious and clean, with a tv, electric kettle, and complimentary toiletries. The adapted bath had handrails, and an emergency cord for added safety. Staff was very accommodating, easily providing ground floor access for convenience. Free Wi-Fi worked well. The nearby dining options were really handy for meals.

Easy to access as just off the motorway. Able to book family and twin room as we were two family groups. Very clean and able to access catering facilities as we needed at the service station. Ideal for a place to sleep the night while visiting family
No lift available- needed as my husband has mobility problems. When I booked on line there was no indication that there would not be a lift. I thought that by law- disability access- it was a given for a lift to be available.
